Jay Richard (Dick) Vogt and his three boys, Rick, Jeff, and Chris, founded Tri-State Fabricators, Inc. in 1983 with the single objective of developing a metal fabrication business that deeply cared about forging lasting relationships with its clients, staff, suppliers, and community.
The family business expanded from its modest beginnings in an old milk factory in Madisonville, Ohio, due to sheer effort, a customer-focused approach, and a mindset that prioritises business growth over individual profit. The company quickly outgrew this factory, forcing them to move to a much bigger location in Cincinnati, Ohio, after only a few short years.
The new facility's paint had scarcely dried when word began to get out about its unrivalled quality and craftsmanship, quick turnaround times, and reasonable pricing. Soon after, the
