About Company
The legacy of excellence at Ridge Instruments dates back to 1959, when D.J. Yeager founded the business. Tim Yeager bought the company in 1984 and has carried on his father's legacy of excellence. With the Department of Defense, RIDGE has completed over 2,500 contracts since 1985, providing various assemblies for missile systems like TOW, Hawk, Maverick, Patriot, Hellfire, Stinger, and Longbow.
By purchasing Electro Design Manufacturing, a reputable producer of TOW 2 Missile Launchers and upgrade kits, in 2004, RIDGE increased the scope of its capabilities. We were able to build more electrical, cable, and electromechanical assemblies as well as wave-soldered multilayer circuit card assemblies when RIDGE purchased Technical Systems Inc. at the same time.
