Injection Molding of Plastic. All thermoplastics and engineered plastics, such as elastomeric thermoplastic rubbers, are molded by Prime. We begin with a digital CAD model of the part, then use computerized technology to design the mold and make it. To create the desired part, the finished mold is positioned on the molding machine and filled with the desired material. Our servo-driven, all-electric molding machines guarantee precise, accurate components.
Injection Molding of Metal. Prime may now form the stainless steel components into a net shape. Using this method, other ferrous and ceramic materials can likewise be formed.
