Bob Brossia, the originator of Jerl, adds, "I'm just a past farmer," while sporting his trademark plaid shirt and blue jeans. After having some issues with his previous employer's management, Bob pooled his resources in 1973 and bought a mill, a lathe, and a small shop. Bob was successful in giving hundreds of workers a safe, family-like environment over the course of the following 47+ years.
