A new vision for growth and excellence was created in May 2022 as a result of an experienced leadership team purchasing ANZER. With the hiring of highly skilled personnel in Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Production Management, operational improvements got underway right away. All systems are being updated under the direction of computer scientists to realize this idea of a more efficient manner to generate high-quality electrical products On-Spec. On-Time. On-Budget.
Our commitment to continuous improvement through the purchase of new manufacturing machinery and personnel is a component of our vision. In doing so, we improved operational procedures while retaining what has previously worked. That includes keeping on skilled workers who have worked at ANZER for well over 20 years in the electronics manufacturing industry.
